To start off the 2009 racing season, April 11th in Cobbtown, GA, Mike Lane, driving “ATTITUDE”, wins the PRO-BADD season opener with an E.T. of 2.122. Not only is it the BADD National Record, it was the quickest 200ft time ever recorded in Sanctioned Mud Racing for the Open Class.
Mike Lane "ATTITUDE" 2.110 World Record
Mike laid down a time to just nudge and best Mark Lee’s 200ft MRA National Record and World Record by .001 of a second. I think Mike still has a little more left. On August 22, in South Haven, KS (KBL) Mike Lane, Driving "ATTITUDE" ran a 2.110 to win the MRA open class and re-set the MRA 200ft National Record and set the new 'WORLD RECORD"!!!! time will tell. Keep an eye on the BADD Boys, at other 200 ft tracks. See if Mike can best his own time with his arsenal of rides or if someone else in the pack can take it away. I think there are several that can do it.
